about the group:

Matt started tabbing NOFX's The Decline in Spring of '00 and sent the tab to Jéfe. They both learned it as well as they could, and got together to play through it and record it to tape a couple times. The second time, they stuck a plea on the end of the tape for a drummer.

That's when Blue came along. He unwittingly walked into a mishmash of music and mayhem. The first song the band ever covered was The Decline, which is quite an achievement, if I may say so myself.

what's happening lately:

fear of .Z.E.R.O. is defunct. The media archives are available, though. NEW: Check out the songs archive (under construction).

Fraser has a note about the group's demise. There are a few old pictures of the band on his site under the "Music" section. Fraser's working on his new site (as of Jan. 2004), so you might want to check that out soon, too.

Matt and Fraser have been trying to assemble a few musicians for a metal band, Darker Down, and Matt has gotten involved with a blues/rock group, Everything's Free.

There are mirrors of Fraser's fear of .Z.E.R.O. stuff here, too. You can find an old recording of "Why" on audiogalaxy.
